Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to travel from our warehouse to your specified destination.

- USA & Canada: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance generally ensures delivery within 2 - 4 weeks.
- Australia & New Zealand: With Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, you can expect delivery in 2 - 4 weeks.
- UK & Europe: Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually results in delivery within 2 - 4 weeks.
- Other Countries: For Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance, delivery typically takes 2 - 5 weeks.
Shipping Options
Insured Shipping
In the event that an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, provided you can supply sufficient proof of the issue.
Priority Insured Shipping
With this option, your delivery is given top priority on our daily order list sent to manufacturers. Although the expected delivery time may be similar to that of Standard Shipping, depending on the order volume we receive, your item is also insured for added peace of mind.
Special Shipping Considerations
Some products may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations and arrive at different times. Additionally, tracking numbers often take a few days to a week to update and display accurate tracking information. Please note that for certain countries, shipping may take longer than our estimated times. Also, during periods of high order volume, your shipment may experience delays. However, rest assured that we are working diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Order Change Requests

We will be happy to assist you with the necessary changes. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any modifications. To avoid disappointment, please double-check that you have selected the correct size and color before finalizing your order.
