Are there any exchange rates involved in transactions?
All our transactions are conducted in US Dollars. If your credit card is denominated in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the date when your card issuer processes the transaction.
Shipping Address Setup
How should I set my shipping address?
As our website and services are in English, all the information you enter, including punctuation marks, must be in the English input method. If your address contains non-English letters, it's advisable to use similar English letters instead. For instance, you can change the letter "?" to "c".
Shipping Address Modification
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be revised. We recommend that you update your shipping address to your residential address rather than a vacation address, as we have no control over how long the destination's customs department may hold the package.
