 with your order number.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team.Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.To exercise this right, please contact us at support@tutusales.com  before the period expires.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the original payment method.
