General Return Policy
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the items within 30 days from the date of receipt, free of charge. Upon successful return, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s). However, please be aware that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges of Tutusales products that were purchased from any other authorized retailer, please reach out directly to that retailer for assistance.
Returns Process (Excluding Black Friday and Other Promotions)
To initiate a return, please send an email to mailto:support@tutusales.com to request a return label. In your email, kindly include your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Handling of Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and send it, along with your order number, to mailto:support@tutusales.com. Use "DAMAGED" as the subject line of your email. It is crucial that you submit this information within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure prompt resolution.
Addressing Items Not Received
If you discover that you have not received your complete order, please contact us immediately at mailto:support@tutusales.com. In your email, use "MISSING ITEM" as the subject line and include your order number. We will investigate the matter promptly and work to resolve any issues related to missing items from your order.
